iEXPLORE ENTERS INTERNATIONAL MARKET THROUGH PARTNERSHIP WITH TRAVEL.COM.AU

Chicago, IL (July 6, 2000) - iExplore, Inc., the premier one-stop resource for researching, purchasing and equipping adventure and experiential travel, has begun its global expansion by entering the Australian and New Zealand markets through a partnership with travel.com.au, Australia's leading Internet travel company.

"Adventure travel is in high demand," said David Tonkin, CEO, travel.com.au. "By partnering with market leader iExplore, we are able to bring their quality products and services to our customers."

This alliance will give Australians and New Zealanders access to iExplore's offering of 5,000 adventure and experiential trips in 152 countries that stimulate both body and mind. Active travelers may challenge themselves scuba diving, mountain climbing or sea kayaking. Culinary tours in Tuscany, wildlife tours in the Galapagos Islands, and architectural tours of St. Petersburg lure vacationers to experiential travel and expose them to new activities, cultures and environments. By recommending travel books, gear and apparel, and providing past trip reviews from fellow travelers, iExplore leaves no stone unturned. "iExplore has received such positive feedback from North American customers that we are thrilled to be able to offer our one-stop service to international adventure travelers as well," said iExplore Founder and CEO George Deeb. "We receive a considerable amount of site traffic from Australia and now we can present information to those consumers in a localized format."

Browsers to either iexplore.com.au or travel.com.au/adventure will be able to access localized pricing, information and travel specials with the expert advice of the local travel team, while also utilizing travel.com.au's value added features such as their "fare finder" tool.

The launch date of the co-branded site is August 2000.
